RETIRED Right now Breezy is a UKC CHAMPION, and needs only one more Champion win to earn her GRAND Championship. We decided to retire her and have her spayed. She loves to show, and only pauses when we are having puppies(and for Covid). She has had her 4th and last litter of puppies. She will live out the remainder of her life here at the farm as she is my heart doggie. She has produced Black Parti, Blue Parti, Silver Parti, Cream Sables, and Silver Sables. Her puppies most likely carry Phantom, Sable and Brindle and some have carried Brown. She has produced two puppies who have gone on to achieve their UKC CHAMPIONSHIPS and One go on the her GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP as well, and those three have earned their Trick novice titles. This is where I get super excited! As a life long trainer and behaviorist, my love is to instill a firm foundation for these puppies. I have always been a firm believer in the "start early", functional, daily training and conditioning. We use natural tools to stimulate the senses.Their God given instinct to "FIND MOM" is so strong, and we can use it to promote tenacity, and strength, not only physically, but mentally. We want to add critical thinking, starting now! Most of the technique for this strategy, is slight and tender. A lot of touch and smell of different humans, that lead them to feel comfortable and safe. Instilling trust of those humans by helping them make their trek to the almighty nipple. These exercises begin the introduction of the puppy, to, "Whatever is attached to this smell and this touch, it's here to help me!" Osa Has been a great show girl and has earned her Championship quickly. She has now begun working towards her Grand Championship, and training for her obedience Titles. We have completed her testing, and all has come back well. She has been bred to A beautiful Brindle boy (Cedar Cove's My Profound Love), MYLO! together they have made a beautiful healthy litter. Pagosa is a beautiful example of a Standard Poodle and has a very happy fun personality that is loyal to the core. She resides and is owned by my daughter and Son in law in Colorado, So I get to see her daily. Particularly DOGS! I love them, everything about them. My parents started out their marriage early years showing Dobermans. Over the years we have had many different breeds, and had many years of learning what training methods work best with what dogs. As an adult it just seemed natural for me to start an obedience training business. I did that (training) for many years, and even included classes with the rec district of Montrose county. After my kids started school, we decided I needed to home school my kids, and I ended my dog training business. My kids are grown now, and so I am back to my love of dogs. I specifically loved the Standard Poodle's Intelligence, and wanted to try a breeding program that focused on personality and health traits, as well as beauty.
