What is your reason for wanting a puppy?

Poodles take a fair amount of upkeep. Do you have a plan for grooming? Finances for grooming, or the ability to groom yourself on a regular 6 week schedule?

Standard Poodles are capable of jumping over very high fences. Do you have an adequate fenced yard, or live in a more rural area?

Do you understand that my contract is very specific that you may not breed this animal, ever, and that it must be spayed/neutered by a year?

A puppy that isn't trained in daily manners will have none. Do you have a plan for training?

Do you feel you have the funds to provide veterinary care for your puppy for the rest of it's life?

Can you provide the necessary personal references required? (3-4) Do I have permission to view their/your social media accounts if private?
